Quality Production Services, Inc. (“QPS”) is a privately-held California corporation, founded in 1995, with corporate offices in Rancho Dominguez, California. QPS is a commercial, union subcontractor providing standard and customized metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, and related services directly to commercial general contractors, developers and building owners, and indirectly to architects and designers for both public and private commercial construction projects.

Over the past twenty-six years, the Company has grown from a small, family owned, privately-held operation servicing a limited number of general contractor clients within a small segment of Orange County, California using a limited work force to a sophisticated multi-faceted enterprise serving many large and small general contractors throughout Southern California with a Union payroll often surpassing three hundred fifty carpenters, tapers, and plasterers.

QPS is both WBE and MBE certified. The Company maintains an A+ insurance rating and maintains a comprehensive safety program for both employees and equipment.

The Company, as its name implies, is first and foremost a customer and service-oriented enterprise emphasizing “quality.” During the last twenty-six years QPS has provided clients with an above industry-standard product while maintaining a hands-on, easily accessible customer focus. This approach, together with a lean and conservative operating structure, reasonable pricing policy, and commitment to maintaining strong interpersonal relations has allowed the Company to effectively compete in markets typically dominated by larger companies. Secondly, QPS is dedicated to achieving a level of production and operating efficiency that allows clients to more effectively compete in an increasingly aggressive, bid-driven marketplace. Controlling production efficiencies in a unionized business can significantly impact a project’s overall cost. QPS estimators and project managers work closely with their general contractor partners to provide value engineered suggestions to their clients, improving the quality while minimizing scheduling conflicts and reducing costs. From a marketing perspective, during the next ten years QPS envisions increasing brand awareness throughout Southern California by expanding name recognition, developing new relationships with a broader tier of clients, and displaying its diverse capabilities. From an operational perspective, QPS is committed to modernizing its project management, field and office operations with investments in systems and technology.
